Here we are with another update. I've completed another entire round, and unlocked the music career finally. There has now been a first death in this game also (and I honestly think, even though I have had the game since release, that this is the first death that I haven't reloaded to prevent ever! This means I find the ghost really amusing for the moment).
I'm sure most simmers can relate to having too much custom content, and do the "I must remove some things but I want to look at these pretty new things" dance. I seem to have reached a hard limit on my objects (and only objects, apparently). I am in testing to see what I can still add and what I can't. I seem to crash whenever I go over this limit, no matter what object I put in. It is sad because it seems like I don't have as much trouble paring down my bodyshop materials, and am always wanting to add new objects, so I will have to learn to take objects out more often.
Anyway, I have some pictures below the cut.... even the first born in-game satyr has popped up.
So first, tragedy strikes a poor fisherman's household.

Well, it is pretty unlucky, being set on fire just after you've been electrocuted. He left behind an orphan son (someone else moved in to help the kid out).

I'm a little worried about this kid though, the next time I saw him:

I'm not sure lighting firecrackers in your friends house is a healthy response to grief here.
On to happier situations then. One of the young folks has taken up animal training:

The tavern is really popular for people wanting to make fools of themselves:

The founder's eldest child grew up to teen, having a large party.

And finally, that toddler satyr is too adorable and unexpected not to include.
